JB3 is an independent property development and project management consultancy led by Jamie Murphy MRICS MSCSI, a Chartered Surveyor with more than 20 years of experience across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Jamie began his career with Lidl Ireland, acquiring sites and securing planning permissions during the company’s expansion. He later progressed to Development Director within a European property development group, gaining practical experience across acquisition, planning, construction and asset delivery.

Today, JB3 provides direct client-side leadership throughout the property lifecycle—from feasibility and planning strategy to design coordination, procurement, programme and cost control, utilities, BCAR compliance, handover and close-out.
